Dr. Jametria Floyd - An educator for over 25 years, Dr. Floyd has taught in many sectors; teaching students from first grade to college level. She believes education is the tool for enhancement as well as change. Dr. Floyd's desire to start an educational nonprofit organization to help students of all ages and economic backgrounds stem from a Nelson Mandela quote that states "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."
Dr. Floyd received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from Fort Valley State University; a Master of Arts Degree in Foundation in Education from Troy State University; and her Doctorate in Adult Education from Capella University. Dr. Floyd recently published her first book entitled "Student Peer Mentoring for The First-Year Non Traditional Students."

Janice Sams (McDonough, Ga) - Retired from Bell South/At&T after 30 years of dedicated service. Received her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Public Service from Atlanta Metropolitan College.
Akime Nelson (Jonesboro, Ga) - An educator with over 16 years teaching PreK - 5th grade. Received her Master's in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology from Nova Southeastern University.
